Common Questions 7. What do I do if I have a complaint?
If at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable or simply not happy with any aspect of the treatment or diagnosis, in the first instance you should telephone and ask to speak to the osteopath concerned to see if the issues can be resolved easily. If not then you are invited to contact Dr Stephen Sandler the Clinical Director of The Chingford Osteopathic Practice and see if he can resolve the problem. If you feel this is inappropriate or if the problem remains unresolved you are free to contact the British Osteopathic Association 01582 488 455 who will advise you further.
