He believes in offering women personalised care to reduce pain and discomfort during pregnancy, with the goal of a healthy, physiological labour. Nadia Arshad has been an osteopath for almost 20 years and believes in the body’s ability to heal itself. Nadia uses various techniques, to treat a wide range of conditions as well as hands-on manipulation to relieve pain and restore function.

Nadia takes a personalised, holistic approach, considering her patients’ lifestyle and diet as part of their treatment.  Luke Millen believes that Osteopathy is a treatment like no other. Having changed his life, it inspired him to do the same for others. As an osteopath, he believes that the body’s structure is key to its function. A structural osteopath that has been practising since 2019, Luke focuses on treating musculoskeletal issues using hands-on techniques, sports massage, and dry needling to help relieve pain and improve function.

Luke tailor’s treatments and advice to individual patient needs. He believes in a holistic approach to treatment, addressing both the symptoms and the underlying causes of pain. He has a passion for travel and previously worked in e-sports, which gives him a unique perspective in connecting with his patients. Luke is committed to helping his patients lead healthier lives. Kevin is a highly experienced osteopath with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years. He specialises in structural osteopathy, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Kevin has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, integrating manual therapy with tailored exercise programmes to facilitate optimal recovery and performance. His expertise extends to providing nutritional advice to support overall musculoskeletal health.

Graduating with honours from the British School of Osteopathy in 2001, Kevin furthered his education with a master’s degree in nutrition for Healthcare Practitioners from the University of East London. His commitment to education is evident through his role as a clinic tutor, lecturer, and examiner at esteemed institutions, including the British School of Osteopathy and the University of East London. Recognised for his teaching excellence, Kevin holds a Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy.

Kevin’s passion for sports is reflected in his personal achievements, having represented Great Britain in cycling and triathlon at national and international levels, securing two World Masters titles. He continues to contribute to the sporting community as a qualified athletics and triathlon coach, offering his expertise to both amateur and professional athletes.

Munish Bhalla is an experienced osteopath who graduated in 2002 from the British School of Osteopathy, Europe’s oldest and largest osteopathic training institution. With over two decades of clinical experience, Munish brings a deep passion for promoting mobility, reducing pain, and improving quality of life through personalised osteopathic care.

Munish is also dedicated to advancing the osteopathic profession. He has volunteered as a speaker at prestigious events such as the Institute of Osteopathy Roadshow at the Olympia Exhibition Centre and served a nine-month rotation as a mentor at Core Clapton, a social enterprise that champions osteopathic research and mentorship for new graduates.

Outside the clinic, Munish stays active with running, tennis, and table tennis, reflecting his belief in the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle to support overall health and well-being.

Tino was first introduced to osteopathy through his own experience of back pain, when an active lifestyle left him with constant aches that other treatments failed to resolve. Experiencing the benefits of osteopathy first-hand inspired him to pursue a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at Swansea University.

Furthering his training at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, Tino developed a passion for working with babies, children, and mothers. His gentle, thoughtful manner and adaptable techniques ensure safe and effective care, always guided by patient comfort and feedback.

His approach is holistic and patient-centred, blending structural, visceral, and cranial techniques to address pain and restore function. Tino believes that effective treatment goes beyond symptom relief, aiming to help patients understand their bodies and take an active role in recovery.
Fluent in both English and Greek, Tino is able to offer care to a wide and diverse patient community. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and The Institute of Osteopathy.
